About Me
Bert Verhoeven
I lead the largest competency driven, cross university, Innovation & Enterprise (INNO) program in higher education in Australia (Flinders University), based on both scientific depth of expertise, evidence, and industry practice.
In everything I do, I aim to help people get better at Innovation, making progress from purpose to impact, inspiring leaders to build a vision, pursue change and achieve progress.
I founded and developed several ventures and spend the last 12 years working on continuous improvement of a learning-led approach to INNO capability building and culture change, facilitating and coaching startups, students, SME's and (non) executive innovators in large organisations.
My work helps people develop knowledge, competencies and capabilities to successfully apply their innovative ideas into practice, crossing the knowing-doing gap and achieve impact by execution with clarity of insight. The INNO program facilitates acceleration of new ventures and executive education in innovation management and culture change, as well as business model innovation at the strategic level.
